Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Engineer to supervise construction execution, coordinate teams, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance in retail projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise execution and ensure compliance with drawings and regulations. 2. Coordinate with engineering, technical office, and contractors. 3. Manage incidents and verify work quality. At SUMAC, we are seeking a Field Engineer for a retail project (shopping mall). Responsibilities: * Supervise proper on-site execution of works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Coordinate with engineering, technical office, and contractors for proper project implementation. * Review and validate drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation before and during execution. * Monitor physical progress of the project, preparing periodic progress reports. * Manage and resolve technical incidents arising on site. * Verify quality of executed works, ensuring compliance with project standards. * Coordinate activity scheduling and efficient use of resources (labor, materials, and equipment). * Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations on site. * Support valuation of completed works and cost control. * Participate in site meetings with clients, supervisors, and contractors. * Ensure proper documentation of changes, extras, and technical observations. Requirements: \- Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. \- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising commercial sector implementation projects. \- 5 years of experience as a Field Engineer. \- Proficiency in digital tools (**iAuditor, TCman, AutoCAD, Office**). \- Documented experience in the **retail sector** (shopping malls, department stores, restaurant chains, or similar operations) Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
