Position Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with experience in electrical repairs, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, cleaning, and tool handling. Key Highlights: 1. General repairs (electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry) 2. Operation of cleaning equipment and manual/electric tools 3. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve faults · Minor and major repairs in electricity, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry (doors, windows) · Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, organization of common areas, offices, and restrooms. · Operation and maintenance of manual and electric tools, and possibly air-conditioning equipment. · Support in office relocations, supply management, courier services, and event coordination. · Maintain order and efficiently prioritize tasks. · Diagnose and resolve faults quickly. *Completed or incomplete technical or university education* *Desirable* *Technical training or certifications in fields such as electricity, electromechanics, or general maintenance* *CERTIFICATE IN AIR CONDITIONING AND OPERATION OF ELECTROPUMPS AND GENERATOR SETS* *Desirable*. Work Experience in this (or similar) Position: Minimum 2 years required in maintenance-related companies; 3 years preferred.
