Job Summary: We are seeking a Tender Engineer to manage the proposal preparation and submission process, ensuring accurate and competitive technical proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage independently the process of preparing and submitting proposals. 2. Coordinate internally with technical and operations departments. 3. Scope of the Role: Independently manage the process of preparing and submitting private tenders and proposals across business sectors, ensuring each proposal accurately reflects the company's technical capabilities, meets client requirements, and remains economically competitive. Main Responsibilities: **Analyze and understand tender documents, terms of reference, and technical specifications received for private tenders, identifying requirements, constraints, and opportunities.** Coordinate internally with technical, operations, and procurement departments to obtain necessary data for proposal preparation (measurements, productivity rates, resource costs, subcontracting). **Prepare the technical report, work plan, and methodological documents constituting the technical portion of the proposal.** Develop the proposal budget: breakdown of work items, unit price analysis, structuring of direct and indirect costs, and margin calculation. **Prepare and participate in client proposal presentations, whether in written format or in-person meetings.** Track submitted proposals, record outcomes, and update historical tender archives. **Maintain an up-to-date library of standard documentation: standard reports, project experience sheets, certifications, and corporate CVs.** **Job Requirements:** **Academic Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.** **Experience: 3–5 years of experience in proposal and tender preparation within the industrial construction, oil & gas, energy, or industrial maintenance sectors.** **Technical Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, descriptive reports, and tender conditions. **Budget preparation: unit price analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost spreadsheet development.** Technical writing in Spanish: reports, methodologies, work plans.
