At **ANCOSUR Inmobiliaria**, we seek a professional with strategic vision, technical leadership, and passion for making things happen. **TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER** **Huancayo** If you are a Civil Engineer and ready to assume a key role in the planning, control, and success of real estate and urban development projects, this is your opportunity to take the next major step in your career. **We are looking for a leader who has:** * A professional degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Essential experience in developing and closing technical files for real estate projects or urban development projects. * Experience in preparing and managing Terms of Reference (TDRs) for technical consulting and services. * Solid experience in technical, administrative, and economic construction site control, as well as technical coordination. * Cost management and control, investment budgets, and quantity surveying. * Proficiency in Peru’s National Building Regulation (RNE) and urban development regulations. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, S10, MS Project, and MS Office. * Knowledge of BIM (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the comprehensive management of the Technical Office. * Control budgets, schedules, and construction progress. * Ensure regulatory and technical compliance in each project. * Optimize costs and guarantee the proper execution of technical files. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors. * Manage technical documentation and corresponding permits.
