Responsibilities for the ***Pre-Professional Internship — Commercial Sales*** position: * **Advise customers on products sold via social media platforms**. * **Timely response to messages and comments on social media**. * Proactively resolve customer issues and answer questions. * Manage the full sales cycle: customer service, follow-up, and closing. * Coordinate with the logistics team for order delivery. * Validate and record payments. * Monitor and track cases.
