Job stability. **HUARCAYA GROUP,** **a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and implementation of high-quality furniture made from wood, melamine, and metal** for offices, educational institutions, hotels, hospitals, and commercial spaces, is currently seeking an **Upholstery Sewing Operator** to join its production team. **Work Location:** San Juan de Miraflores – Lima **Responsibilities:** * Sew furniture covers, upholstery, and textile components according to technical specifications. * Prepare and cut fabrics according to patterns or specified measurements. * Inspect finishing quality and stitching integrity prior to upholstery assembly. * Assist with adjustments or corrections as needed. * Maintain organization and proper care of assigned machines and tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sewing operator in upholstery or furniture-related fields (preferred). * Proficiency in straight-stitch sewing machines, overlock machines, or related equipment. * Knowledge of handling heavy fabrics, vinyls, leathers, or similar materials. * Ability to work according to technical specifications and production timelines. * Responsibility, organization, and teamwork skills. * Immediate availability to work in SJM, Monday–Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Positive work environment. * Job stability. * Market-competitive remuneration.
