Ensure availability of drawings and required documentation at the construction site. **TECHNICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT \- REAL ESTATE** ================================================ Company: DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) (P027\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **TECHNICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT \- REAL ESTATE** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Support area supervisors in technical advisory services, process management, and activities related to the optimization, classification, and communication of changes and interferences, in order to meet defined timelines for project progress and delivery. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Prepare files to support the preparation of valuations for the main contract and for additional requirements specified in the project. * Support coordination and issuance of RFI’s across various disciplines according to the project. * Perform quantity take-offs to determine quantities to be executed and ensure consistency of such information. * Support management of components and clashes according to modeling across different disciplines and in accordance with the project type. * Ensure availability of drawings and required documentation concurrently with on-site construction activities. * Assist supervisors responsible for coordinating with surveying teams during topographic surveys. * Manage documentation including RFI’s, Submittals, letters, and other information related to the Technical Office to ensure its availability. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Training courses in Project Management, Lean Construction, and BIM Management. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Office Assistant, Project Control Assistant, or Budget Assistant in real estate projects. * Knowledge of valuation methods, BIM management, quantity take-off preparation, and surveying. * Experience in multifamily projects is desirable.
