Job Objective We seek a proactive, organized, and effective communicator to support commercial opportunity generation, database creation, initial outreach to potential clients, social media message handling, and digital content publishing. This role is suited for someone eager to learn about sales, digital marketing, event technology, LED displays, interactive kiosks, digital signage, and corporate audiovisual solutions. Main Responsibilities Commercial Management Search for and build a database of potential clients. Identify companies, contacts, emails, phone numbers, and relevant job titles. Make initial outreach calls to prospects. Send commercial messages via WhatsApp, email, or social media. Log each contact made and update the follow-up status. Coordinate meetings or refer opportunities to the sales team. Assist in sending presentations, brochures, or commercial information. Social Media and Digital Engagement Respond to messages and comments on social media. Provide preliminary information about services and products. Refer qualified inquiries to the sales team. Assist in scheduling and publishing content. Adapt simple texts for posts, stories, reels, or campaigns. Maintain active communication on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. Administrative Commercial Support Organize databases in Excel or Google Sheets. Follow up with contacted clients. Assist in weekly reports on contacts, responses, and generated opportunities. Update client, company, and industry information. Requirements: Technical or university student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Advertising, Business, or related fields. Strong writing and spelling skills. Ease of communication via phone and messaging platforms. Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. Commercial mindset, organization, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. Desirable interest in technology, events, advertising, audiovisual solutions, or experiential marketing. Required Competencies Clear and confident communication. Proactivity.
