We seek a professional with experience in cost evaluation and control 4.1 Develop detailed budgets based on drawings, technical specifications, and construction schedules. 4.2 Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution departments for accurate estimates. 4.3 Conduct continuous monitoring of actual versus budgeted costs. 4.4 Identify variances and propose timely corrective actions. 4.5 Generate weekly and monthly reports for management on the project's financial status. 4.6 Analyze cost trends and forecast cost overruns or savings. 4.7 Technically evaluate change requests. 4.8 Update the budget and construction schedule according to approved modifications. 4.9 Integrate physical progress information with economic progress to validate performance. 4.10 Support preparation of valuations and payment statements. 4.11 Ensure documentary support for incurred expenses. 4.12 Calculate and analyze key indicators such as CPI (Cost Performance Index) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index). 4.13 Prepare information for internal or external audits. 4.14 Participate in the development of economic proposals. 4.15 Contribute cost comparative analysis and benchmarking. 4.16 Utilize specialized software such as advanced MS Excel, Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. 4.17 Review and respond daily to corporate email during working hours. 4.18 Be aware of and understand hazards, risks, environmental aspects, and associated impacts related to their activities, as well as applicable operational controls, and protect their own safety and benefit both personal safety and the environment. 4.19 Respect, comply with, and ensure implementation of the Internal Work Regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Code of Ethics, Functions Manual, procedures, and current internal policies issued by the company for optimal job performance. 4.20 Comply with regulations, rules, policies, and instructions regarding immediate reporting of work-related incidents or accidents to the OSH team, as well as trainings, drills, and exercises related to the company’s Occupational Safety and Health Management System, to ensure its implementation across the organization. 4.21 Other duties inherent to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 5 years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
