Position Summary: MDH is seeking a Human Resources Management Intern to support contract preparation and follow-up, attendance tracking, and personnel file management. Key Highlights: 1. MDH, a leading company with over 60 years of experience in diamond core drilling, is seeking top talent to join our Human Resources Management team as an Intern. Location: Campoy - San Juan de Lurigancho (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Provide support in drafting employment contracts, agreements, and addendums for personnel. Timely track contract signings (physical or digital) and other aspects of document control. Support attendance tracking, daily time sheets, and personnel updates for site and project staff. Assist in organizing, validating, digitizing, and archiving personnel files. Support data collection and updates for monthly payroll processing. Assist in distributing and tracking pay slips, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and profit-sharing payments. Requirements: Education: University graduate or bachelor’s degree candidate (graduation period: 2024, 2025, or 2026) in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Prior internship or support experience of 3–6 months in HR, personnel administration, or payroll is desirable (not mandatory). Tools: Intermediate-level MS Excel (formulas and pivot tables for data cross-referencing). Basic knowledge of labor legislation and ERP systems is desirable. Competencies: High rigor, organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and proactivity.
