Position Summary: Xentic SAC, a technology solutions integration company, is seeking an IT Analyst to provide specialized technical support and participate in the implementation of technological solutions. Training and certification opportunities Xentic SAC, a technology solutions integrator, is seeking professionals for its IT Services department staff. Position Profile Position Title: IT Analyst Department: Projects Department Reports To: IT Projects Manager Education: Bachelor's degree, Engineering degree, or certified technical diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience Experience in Information Technology, networking, or IT security: o Proficiency in configuring Microsoft servers o Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization platforms o Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 o Knowledge of Azure o Knowledge of Backup solutions (Veeam Backup and/or Acronis preferred) o Knowledge of Security solutions such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Switches, Routers, etc. o Intermediate English (preferred) o Technical certifications in Networking, IT Security, or Microsoft products (preferred) Position Mission This position aims to deliver specialized support for the various technology products commercialized by the company and to comply with established company processes and procedures for managing IT projects. Responsibilities: • Technical pre-sales support for assigned technology solutions • Implement Backup solutions • Implement IT Security solutions • Implement Microsoft solutions • Prepare project-related or support-related documentation according to company-defined templates • Obtain certifications for assigned products • Availability to work rotating shifts Position Interactions The IT Analyst interacts with both the IT and Commercial departments.
