Key Responsibilities: Continuous vehicle monitoring via GPS system. Real-time delivery tracking and control. Phone contact with customers to coordinate orders and delivery schedules. Coordination and optimization of distribution routes. Direct communication with drivers and the operations department. Registration and updating of information in the system. Immediate resolution of operational incidents. Maintenance and strengthening of the customer portfolio. Prospecting and outreach to new clients in the transportation and logistics sector. Coordination of quotations and commercial follow-up. Identification of business opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in transportation and logistics. Desirable: existing customer portfolio or network of contacts in the industry. Commercial profile with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
