We seek a dynamic individual with strong multitasking abilities who can manage real-time tracking of our fleet units and ensure efficient delivery fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: - Continuous monitoring of fleet units via GPS system. - Real-time tracking and control of deliveries. - Telephone contact with clients to coordinate orders and scheduling. - Coordination and optimization of delivery routes. - Direct communication with drivers and the operations department. - Registration and updating of information in the system. - Immediate resolution of operational incidents. - Maintenance and strengthening of the client portfolio. - Prospecting and outreach to new clients in the transportation and logistics sector. - Coordination of quotations and commercial follow-up. - Identification of business opportunities. Requirements: - Proven experience in transportation and logistics. - Prior client portfolio or professional network in the industry is desirable. - Commercial profile with a results-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively. - Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, GPS systems, etc.). - High level of responsibility and commitment.
