Excellent work environment At Mundo Case, we continue growing and are looking for a Purchasing Manager to help us strengthen strategic procurement, inventory control, and operational coordination across the entire supply chain. We seek an analytical, organized, and strategic individual capable of collaborating closely with Commercial, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure profitable products, timely procurement, and sustainable growth. Main Responsibilities Plan purchases based on turnover, demand, and commercial campaigns. Analyze stock levels, stockouts, and overstock situations. Manage purchase orders and track procurement progress. Negotiate with national and international suppliers. Coordinate merchandise arrivals with warehouse and distribution centers (DC). Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams for product launches and trend-driven items. Prepare inventory and procurement reports and KPIs. Propose cost, margin, and procurement optimization initiatives. Market Analysis: Willingness to conduct field visits to assess current market conditions. Requirements Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Experience in procurement, supply management, logistics, or supply chain. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Analytical ability and organizational skills.
