We are seeking a Field Sales Advisor for our Terrasol Mocupe Housing Development project. FIELD SALES ADVISOR Requirements Experience in sales within the real estate sector (mandatory). Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic proficiency in digital tools (CRM, social media, WhatsApp Business, Excel). Availability for fieldwork and client engagement. Existing client portfolio (desirable) Responsibilities Advise clients throughout the entire home purchase process for real estate projects. Promote projects under the Techo Propio program. Manage prospects and expand the client portfolio. Follow up on sales opportunities until closure.
