Your role will be essential not only at the workbench but also in shaping the customer experience—translating complex technical issues into clear solutions and honest diagnoses. **Primary Responsibilities** * **Micro-repairs:** Comprehensive diagnosis and repair of smartphones and tablets (all brands). Includes screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and micro-component repairs. * **Laptop Technical Support:** Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance for laptops (internal cleaning, component replacement, system installation). * **Customer Service and Consultation:** Equipment intake, clear explanation of faults to customers, and provision of quotations. * **Documentation and Control:** Preparation of detailed technical reports for each service and management of spare parts inventory. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Diploma in Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months as a multi-brand technician. * **Hard Skills:** \* Proficiency with precision tools (heat station, multimeter, soldering iron). * Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS). * Skill in disassembling sealed devices without cosmetic damage. * **Soft Skills:** Teamwork, proactivity, honesty, and excellent public interaction. **Working Conditions** * **Age:** 18 to 40 years old. * **Language:** Spanish (fluent). * **Workplace:** Chorrillos - Lima, Peru.
