Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, manage budgets, resolve issues, and administer project personnel and finances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of construction projects 2. Project budget and cost management 3. Project personnel and financial administration **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields * Diplomas, courses, or master’s degrees in HR management, finance, logistics, project management, cost and budget management, management systems, and safety * Minimum of 5 years’ certified experience in similar positions * Immediate availability * Residency in Apurímac, Puno, Cusco, or Challhuahuacho **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the construction project—from planning through completion—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and required quality standards * Supervise and manage the project’s budget and costs, ensuring achievement of the project’s financial objectives related to material procurement * Resolve issues and make key decisions regarding the construction project, including personnel-related matters following prior coordination\- Coordinate approval for entry of labor and technical staff (on-site) and registration of new personnel * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including recording and monitoring financial transactions with suppliers and controlling the company’s cash flow * Consolidate monthly financial statements and ensure timely review with the accounting firm and general management.\- * Coordinate and ensure compliance with administrative and personnel-related documentation procedures and formalities for the project Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation for this position?
