Involvement in a mining and transportation company undergoing expansion Endeavant S.A.C., a Peruvian technology company specializing in fleet management and mining safety, seeks to hire a professional with sound judgment, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to assume responsibility for corporate administration and daily office operations, reporting directly to the General Management. About the Position: We seek an organized, analytical, and proactive individual capable of making operational decisions and resolving issues independently. This person will ensure seamless functioning of administration, accounting, and office operations, serving as the primary day-to-day support to Management. Main Responsibilities: - Administration and Accounting: invoicing, collections, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, petty cash, and document archiving; tracking purchase orders, goods receipt and dispatch, and shipping guides. - Treasury: supplier payments, recording of income and expenses, bank transfers, and basic cash flow reports. - Office Manager: second-in-command in the office, responsible for maintaining operational order and ensuring daily matters are resolved without constant escalation to Management. Requirements: • Education in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative, accounting, or back-office functions within commercial enterprises (technology, spare parts, or machinery sectors preferred). • Proficiency in Excel, AI. • Intermediate English (preferred). • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and resolve matters independently without continuous supervision.
