Fixed asset control and audit support **Job Objective:** Support functions in Control, Administration, Accounting, and Financial Management. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and archive administrative and financial documents systematically and accessibly. * Register accounting vouchers and payments in the system. * Perform preliminary bank reconciliations. * Prepare monthly income, expense, and comparative analysis reports. * Consolidate accounting and administrative data in Excel. * Verify received documentation (RUC, sequential numbering, errors). * Manage fixed assets and calculate basic depreciation. * Support preparation of audit files and review of management and production indicators. **Requirements** \- Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Administration, Accounting, Business Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related business disciplines—both technical and university level. \- Six months of experience in similar positions (including internships). \- Strong organizational and time-management skills. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a 90-minute lunch break. * **Remuneration:** 1,200 soles per month. * Corporate benefits and discounts on clinic services for the employee and family members.
