You will be a key player connecting strategy with execution, aligning teams, information, and decisions to provide visibility and ensure real progress of Wealth Management initiatives. ***Responsibilities:*** * Manage and structure the strategic agenda (committees, forums, and key follow-up forums) * Consolidate and map strategic initiatives at regional and local levels * Track initiative progress, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring compliance * Identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, escalating them promptly * Generate clear executive reporting to facilitate decision-making * Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution ***Requirements*** * Education: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1\.5 years as an analyst in planning, efficiency, or project areas (experience in the financial sector—ideally investments—is desirable). * Languages: Spanish and intermediate/advanced English * Software: Intermediate Excel * Other knowledge: Initiative management, strategic analysis, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination
