Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to control and ensure product quality standards, perform structural analyses, and supervise design compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. At ZGROUP, we are looking for top talent to join the **QUALITY ASSISTANT** position. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate/bachelor in: Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. * Intermediate proficiency in structural software. * Preferred: Diploma in structural engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Quality-oriented diploma. * Other Skills: Proactivity, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset within work. **What challenges will I face?** * Knowledge of quantity surveying, experience with certified metal joints and welding. * Control, manage, and coordinate compliance with the company’s product quality standards and specifications, based on local and international regulations. * Review, analyze, communicate, and develop the work plan to resolve errors detected during inspection, addressed to the production department. * Track reported failures with responsible departments to initiate corrective actions with suppliers or in the production process. * Provide final approval or rejection of finished products based on quality evaluation. * Perform structural analysis and evaluate product strength and stability during end-of-line or final production stages. * Evaluate, analyze, and apply structural design procedures and criteria to assigned projects under direct supervisor’s guidance. * Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other construction professionals. * Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with designs and specifications. * Resolve structural problems and propose innovative solutions. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment and job stability * Immediate payroll enrollment * Market-competitive salary ***This is your opportunity to become part of a great family!*** Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
