Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to monitor, control, train, and supervise quality management systems in the mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of operational processes to ensure quality At Cotecna del Perú, a company dedicated to the analysis and inspection of mineral concentrates, we are looking for a Quality Assistant: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a quality management system assistant, or 1 year’s experience in minerals or inspection. * Knowledge and interpretation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 or ISO 9001:2015 (Preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control quality management system documents. * Conduct training and/or dissemination of quality management system documents. * Conduct staff inductions. * Perform statistical evaluations to authorize personnel. * Supervise operational processes to verify compliance with established procedures and ensure result quality. * Manage, record, and update information regarding implementation of controls to mitigate risks, ensuring laboratory competence, impartiality, and proper operation. * Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration programs. * Support preparation of monthly reports on activities carried out within management systems. * Comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and INACAL guidelines for implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the management system. * Other related responsibilities. **Working Conditions:** * Employment contract with payroll enrollment from day one, including 100% statutory benefits. * SCTR Health and Pension Insurance and Life Insurance as mandated by law, effective from the first day of employment. * On-site work modality. * Corporate discounts. * Excellent working environment.
