Job Summary: Assistant responsible for identifying and managing selection processes, analyzing tender documents, preparing and submitting dossiers, and tracking bids and quotations. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of selection and bidding processes. 2. Active participation in business opportunities and sales. 3. Preparation and submission of technical and financial dossiers. Conduct daily searches for selection process announcements via SEACE, register them, upload offers, track progress, and resolve issues to promptly communicate business opportunities to the Commercial Department, thereby supporting sales objectives. • Knowledge of Law No. 30225 on State Procurement and its current regulations. • Analyze tender documents and/or public contests for assigned selection processes to verify required documentation for dossier preparation related to procurement processes. • Experience in assembling and submitting technical and financial dossiers. • Track assigned selection processes to ensure timely and effective communication of their current status to the Commercial Department. • Prepare and submit quotations to private and public entities to ensure participation in Direct Procurements and Market Studies for Bids. • Manage and organize company documentation to expedite proposal preparation for selection processes and propose improvements toward this goal. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University graduate Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 55 years Knowledge: Coordination skills, Microsoft Excel, tracking, preparation and submission of bids Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
