At VIP LUXURY, we are seeking an Operations Assistant. Work Mode: On-site in Cusco Primary Function Provide administrative and operational support to the coordination team, managing reservations, confirmations, and documentation to ensure accurate delivery of tourism services. Main Responsibilities Reservation and Confirmation Management • Receive and process passenger reservations through various channels. • Confirm services such as accommodation, trains, entrance tickets, and guides. • Maintain the reservation system up to date. • Communicate confirmations and reminders to passengers. Administrative and Operational Support • Prepare daily passenger lists for coordinators and guides. • Archive vouchers, receipts, and reports. • Assist with purchasing and controlling tourism tickets. • Record petty cash movements and support internal reporting. Internal Coordination • Coordinate information among Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience (CX). • Communicate last-minute changes to coordinators and passengers. • Support preparation of operational materials and briefings. • Provide assistance during peak-demand seasons. Customer Service • Resolve basic inquiries regarding reservations and services. • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. • Maintain courteous and professional communication across all channels. JOB PROFILE • Technical or university degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. • Knowledge of tourism reservation management, customer service, and operational administration. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel agencies, hotels, or tourism operations—preferably in Cusco. • Intermediate English proficiency. • Proficiency in digital tools and reservation systems. • Customer service, tourism administration, or operational management training/certifications (preferred). • Strong organizational, communication, and pressure-management skills.
