The role aims to contribute to procedure standardization, flowchart and operational manual development, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in internal management. The position requires coordination with administrative departments and operational teams to document processes, monitor implementation, and support continuous operational improvement. 1\. Process Identification and Analysis * Identify and analyze current processes across administrative and operational departments. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Collect information through interviews and coordination with various departments. 2\. Documentation and Standardization * Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Design process flowcharts and diagrams. * Prepare operational manuals and work instructions. * Maintain the digital repository of processes and procedures up to date. 3\. Monitoring and Implementation * Support the implementation of standardized processes across departments. * Monitor compliance with established procedures. * Coordinate with administrative and operational teams to ensure proper process application. 4\. Control and Continuous Improvement * Support the definition and monitoring of process performance indicators (KPIs). * Propose improvements oriented toward operational efficiency. * Identify opportunities for process automation or simplification. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields. * Experience in process identification, analysis, or documentation. * Experience preparing manuals, procedures, and flowcharts. * Knowledge of process mapping tools. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and administrative teams. * Prior experience in construction, real estate, operations, or services sectors is desirable.
