Position Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Specialist to develop and enhance creative content, managing projects from conceptualization through final delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, produce, and edit creative audiovisual pieces. 2. Design 2D and 3D animations, applying AI for optimization. 3. Collaborate with marketing and design teams. **At IGH, we are looking for an Audiovisual Specialist capable of developing and enhancing creative content for our projects.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, produce, and edit audiovisual pieces (corporate videos, commercials, social media content, etc.). * Design and develop 2D and 3D animations according to project requirements. * Apply artificial intelligence tools for audiovisual content creation and optimization. * Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure visual and narrative consistency. * Manage audiovisual projects from conceptualization through final delivery. * Stay up-to-date on audiovisual trends, animation, and artificial intelligence. **Requirements:** * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in audiovisual production and editing. * Knowledge of digital trends and audiovisual storytelling. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and AI video tools. * Demonstrable audiovisual portfolio (mandatory). **Additional Skills:** * Experience with AI tools such as Veo3, Kling, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, among others. * Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop. * Knowledge of 3D animation using Blender (preferred). **Benefits:** * **Immediate formal employment**, with all rights and benefits provided under the General Labor Regime. * **Job stability and security**, including access to social insurance and full statutory benefits. * **Profit-sharing**, recognizing your effort and contribution to the company’s success. * Opportunities for **professional growth and continuous training** within a creative and dynamic team.
