Opportunities for leadership, proactivity, and teamwork. **Job Description:** We are looking for a motivated and committed **Civil Engineer**, eager to join a multidisciplinary team and participate in the development of **large-scale projects** in the construction sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in all project phases: planning, execution, and final delivery. * Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of assigned projects. * Supervise adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Report construction progress and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. * Prepare technical reports (e.g., Quality Dossier) and deliver presentations to clients and/or management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction works or project execution. * Proficiency in design tools and technical software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, etc.). * Leadership, proactivity, teamwork, and strong communication skills. * Availability to work on projects within Lima. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
