The role aims to support the proper execution of ISO-based projects by consistently applying the INTEDYA methodology and helping organizations achieve their objectives related to compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position is suited for individuals with a technical and advisory vocation who enjoy working directly with clients and building stable, long-term professional relationships. The selected candidate will participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of management systems, collaborating closely with organizations to understand their context, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and sound management practices. The position combines technical work, analysis, and customer support, with a strong emphasis on service quality, methodological consistency, and proper project traceability. In addition to technical execution, this role includes active responsibility for contributing to business volume growth by identifying opportunities for new projects, service expansions, or adoption of additional standards and solutions from INTEDYA’s portfolio—both within assigned clients and among other potential clients. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Advise organizations on matters related to ISO standards, leveraging INTEDYA’s specialized technical expertise. * Efficiently carry out assigned projects, regardless of the service delivery modality. * Guide and support organizations in achieving the objectives for which they engaged INTEDYA’s services. * Implement management solutions aligned with each organization’s specific needs and challenges. * Identify and assess improvement opportunities within implemented management systems. * Contribute to developing long-term relationships with assigned companies, supporting expansion of contracted services. **Accountabilities** --------------------- * Meet the technical and timeline expectations for each project, as defined by INTEDYA and the client. * Keep information regarding technical and timeline progress of assigned projects up to date. * Ensure customer retention by delivering solutions aligned with their evolving needs. * Meet the deadlines and timeline objectives defined for each project. * Promptly report any incidents that may affect the quality or reputation of INTEDYA’s services. * Meet the activity and management performance indicators established for the position. **Education and Knowledge** ----------------------------- * University degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Engineering, or equivalent). * Postgraduate or specialized training in Management Systems (Master’s, Diploma, or similar). * Complementary training in areas such as Quality, Environment, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, among others. * Strong capacity for learning and excellent communication skills. * Proficient use of office software and digital environments. **Experience** --------------- Prior experience in consulting, quality control, or serving as the management system responsible person within an organization—whether in professional settings, internships, or applied projects. *Experience implementing, maintaining, or auditing ISO-based management systems will be valued.* **Soft Skills** --------------- * Interest in continuous learning and knowledge updating. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. * Organizational skills, personal discipline, and structured work methodology. * Ease of interaction with clients and professional environments. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. * Commercial sensitivity for identifying opportunities for improvement and additional services. **Contract** ------------ **Position:** Junior Consultant
