Talana is looking for a **Project Manager** responsible for leading end\-to\-end tracking of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards, always with a focus on customer experience. **Position Mission** Ensure each project progresses according to defined timelines, scope, and quality standards by closely coordinating with implementation consultants and placing customer experience at the center of every decision. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Manage and track end\-to\-end implementation projects. * Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. * Organize key meetings and maintain up-to-date project documentation. * Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary. * Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire process. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (not mandatory) * 2–4 years of experience in project management, Customer Success, or similar roles. * Experience working with corporate clients or software implementation (preferred) * Interest in technology-driven environments and continuous learning * Strong communication, organizational, planning, and proactive skills Salary: Up to S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectation Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
