Stay updated on SAP ecosystem trends. **We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant!** At **Scouter**, we are searching for an **SAP HCM Consultant** for a **leading multinational company in Peru**, focused on the **Payroll** and **Personnel Administration** modules. **Main Responsibilities:** * Gather and document business requirements for SAP HCM solution development. * Participate in the design and development of solutions that optimize the value chain, ensuring quality and meeting expectations. * Facilitate communication among development teams, Business Partners, and Business Units. * Execute testing and validation of implemented solutions. * Provide technical support and training to end users. * Monitor application performance and propose continuous improvements. * Collaborate in the lifecycle management of Backoffice applications. * Document processes, solutions, and lessons learned. * Stay updated on SAP ecosystem trends and best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience as an SAP consultant, specifically in HCM modules. * SAP S/4HANA certifications related to HCM (Payroll and Personnel Administration). * Software development / application management certifications are desirable. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable. **Specific Experience:** * Management of business-area solutions, ideally in shared services environments (GBS). * Participation in SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills. * Proficiency in SAP process and solution management methodologies.
