SAP PM Consultant – UNACEM** Our client, **UNACEM**, a leading company in the industrial sector, is looking for an **SAP PM Consultant (Plant Module)** to join its IT and Enterprise Solutions team. **Requirements:** * **SAP S/4HANA certifications** (mandatory). * **Desirable:** Software development and application management certifications (Microsoft Azure, Oracle, etc.). * **Desirable:** Training in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * **Experience:** 3–5 years as an SAP Consultant, preferably in GBS or shared services environments. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. **Required Experience:** * Identification and management of business unit solutions aimed at optimizing process chains. *(Effective communication)* * Planning and execution of IT projects related to SAP solution implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. *(Project and budget management)* * Conflict handling, problem resolution, and decision-making in SAP environments. *(Management and leadership collaboration)* * Knowledge of best practices and process management methodologies for SAP solutions. **Job Responsibilities:** * Gather and document business requirements for solution development, ensuring clarity and completeness. * Participate in the design and development of solutions that optimize the value chain and comply with quality standards. * Facilitate communication among development teams, Supervisors, Maintenance, Logistics and Plant Managers. * Conduct functional testing and technical validation of implemented solutions. * Provide technical support and end-user training to ensure proper adoption. * Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with the Backoffice Solutions Manager in managing the application lifecycle. * Document processes, solutions, and lessons learned for future improvements. * Stay current with trends and best practices related to process management and SAP PM. **If you meet the profile and are seeking a new professional challenge, apply now through this posting.** Salary: S/.12,000\.00 \- S/.15,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions? * Do you hold SAP S/4HANA certifications?
