INDEXUM is looking for an HR Coordinator **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or professional license in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, and/or Psychology; must be registered with the respective professional association. * Specialization, diplomas, and/or courses in Human Resources or Human Management. * Courses and/or workshops on Social Benefits Preparation and Settlement. * Courses and/or workshops on HR Assistant. * Course on Psychosocial Risk Prevention and Mental Health Promotion in the Workplace (optional). * Course on KPIs for Human Management. * Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic and/or intermediate English (optional). * ***Minimum experience: 3 years related to Personnel Administration, Human Resources, Social Assistance, Administration, and/or roles related to this position.*** * Work location: San Isidro **Responsibilities:** * Review and approve payroll, settlements, profit-sharing, and all matters related to company payroll. * Review the distribution and calculation of personnel cost centers. * Review and verify the entry of cost center information into the ERP system. * Calculate, control, and monitor employee vacation days. * Calculate, control, and monitor compensatory days and overtime hours for operational and administrative staff. * Participate in, supervise, and follow up on the personnel recruitment and selection process. * Identify qualified future candidates for administrative and operational positions, either internally or through professional platforms. * Coordinate with responsible departments regarding hiring and contract renewals. * Communicate with company personnel. * Coordinate with department heads on standardization processes, project requirements, and/or service needs. * Coordinate and manage with suppliers regarding scheduling, payments, and other department-related activities. * Prepare contracts, agreements, letters, certificates, and other documents. * Support and supervise the general management of insurance policies, medical examinations, and other related activities. * Manage and coordinate external legal services. * Attend weekly meetings with the management team. * Manage and support SUNAFIL induction letters. * Approve purchase orders in the ERP system for cleaning, medical, legal, and other related services. * Participate in audits conducted by clients and/or internal audits related to company certifications. * Coordinate with Administration and Accounting personnel regarding invoices, honorarium receipts, payroll, contracts, time records, deductions, compensations, overtime, etc. * Develop and update procedures and/or policies established by the company. * Prepare monthly reports on payroll projections, settlements, overtime, etc. * Develop departmental KPIs. * Prepare the Annual Training Plan and/or staff training programs. * Prepare the department’s annual budget. * Support improvements and optimization of company resources.
