Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional External Plant O&M Coordinator to manage faults, maintain and plan the fiber optic network, and optimize telecommunications processes. Key Highlights: 1. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Regional External Plant O&M Coordinator. * Respond to external plant faults by taking required actions to restore service within the timeframes and quality standards defined by company policy. * Execute and monitor the preventive maintenance plan for the external plant, pursuing continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies and synergies in the process. * Plan and execute scheduled corrective actions on the fiber optic network, pursuing continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies and synergies in the process. * Update fiber routes on Entel’s platforms during network changes—whether due to corrective work, preventive maintenance, or other requirements. * Develop and keep updated procedures, work instructions, and standards to ensure efficient operation and maintenance. * Manage suppliers of materials and/or services (performance evaluation, SLA compliance, penalties, and settlements). * Manage review and validation of deliverables from external plant expansion and maintenance projects. * Comply with standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the internal quality management system. * Support preparation of notifications, accreditations, and other documentation required under applicable regulatory frameworks. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of access and backhaul networks. * Knowledge of maintenance and operation of external fiber optic plant networks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of external plant networks. * Basic GIS proficiency. * Basic SQL and Python proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
