Therefore, we are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of Cost and Budget Engineer. **Required Profile:** * Licensed or bachelor's degree holder in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience preparing construction budgets. * Experience in quantity takeoffs and unit cost analysis (UCAs/UPAs). * Proficiency in S10, Presto, or similar software. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of progress billings and cost control. * MS Project proficiency is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of detailed budgets based on drawings and technical specifications. * Development of unit price analyses. * Execution of quantity takeoffs. * Project cost control and monitoring. * Preparation of valued schedules. * Participation in tender processes. * Coordination with suppliers for quotations. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Continuous professional development and career path opportunities. * Excellent working atmosphere that values commitment, learning, and proactivity. **Conditions:** * Work location: Office in Salamanca, Ate, Lima. * On-site employment.
