Assertive communication, persuasion, and negotiation At Eléctricos Generales Import Export S.R.L., we are looking for a professional in the Credit and Collections area. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer portfolio management and collections (field or telephone-based). * Familiarity with credit risk databases (e.g., Sentinel). * Assertive communication, persuasion, negotiation, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Define maximum debt amounts and payment terms based on identified risk profiles. * Make phone calls, send emails, or conduct visits to remind customers of payment commitments. * Ensure that customer payments are correctly applied in the system. * Collect promissory notes signed by customers.
