What will you do with us? Preparation Support: Perform mise en place (chopping, cleaning, and organizing ingredients) efficiently. Organization and Cleaning: Maintain the kitchen station clean and disinfected according to hygiene standards. Cooking Support: Collaborate with the chef in dish preparation during peak hours. Inventory Management: Assist in goods receiving and stock control to ensure nothing runs out. What are we looking for? Graduates in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy. (Preferred) Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (restaurants or catering). Teamwork skills, speed, and attention to detail. Strong enthusiasm to learn and grow in the culinary world.
