What will you do with us? Preparation Support: Perform mise en place (chopping, cleaning, and organizing ingredients) efficiently. Organization and Cleaning: Maintain the kitchen station clean and disinfected according to hygiene standards. Cooking Support: Assist the chef in dish preparation during peak hours. Ingredient Management: Support receiving goods and stock control to ensure nothing runs out. What are we looking for? Graduates in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy. (Preferred) Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (restaurants or catering). Teamwork skills, speed, and attention to detail. Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
