At KOSSOMET, we are seeking a professional, responsible Document Management Assistant with technical judgment and analytical ability who represents the Group with professionalism in every interaction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the preparation, review, and control of certificates and reports. * Monitor services and coordinate with the technical team. * Issue, send, and confirm receipt of documents by clients. * Maintain the documentary archive up to date. * Identify delays and propose process improvements. * Participate in audits and support Occupational Health and Safety management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level). * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or document-related functions. * Knowledge of management systems is desirable. * Residence in Lima, preferably in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima (mandatory). **VALUED COMPETENCIES:** * Responsibility and organization. * Analytical thinking. * Quality orientation. * Commitment to institutional standards.
