REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in professional video editing and post-production. * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. * Basic knowledge of AI-powered video tools (Runway, Pika, or similar). * Basic drone operation (recording and stabilization). * Understanding of social media, trends, and digital formats. * Strong narrative, creative, and visual judgment. * Updated audiovisual portfolio (mandatory). **2\. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Edit and post-produce videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, corporate content, campaigns, etc.). * Optimize audiovisual assets according to format, duration, and platform-specific guidelines. * Integrate artificial intelligence tools to enhance editing workflows, resource generation, and time efficiency. * Perform color correction, audio adjustments, and visual enhancements. * Coordinate with marketing and content teams to ensure narrative consistency and achievement of business objectives. * Support filming as needed, including basic drone operation. * Organize and manage audiovisual files and digital libraries. * Propose creative ideas aligned with digital trends and brand strategy. **3\.
