We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** To provide technical support in the ELECTRICAL discipline during the project management service delivery phase—including both office-based and field execution phases—up to project handover and closure for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while meeting client expectations and Worley standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in office-based and field execution of the implementation phase for assigned electromechanical projects within your discipline. * Execute complementary engineering tasks required to enable project execution and closure within your discipline. * Define material, tool, and service requirements. * Prepare and verify technical reports and progress valuations. * Coordinate construction processes and ensure they are conducted safely. * Update site planning and timely report to supervisors on situations such as: * material, equipment, and personnel requirements; execution delays; unforeseen expenses; * payments to subcontractors and personnel, among others. * Coordinate with all involved departments any technical field changes affecting certain work items, driven by project feasibility and success. * Ensure achievement of established targets for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and environmental protection. * Perform other related duties or assignments delegated by management. * Coordinate professionally and collaboratively with other disciplines, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project success. * Ensure compliance with Worley’s Quality Assurance System and HSE System, as well as the client’s systems. **What will you bring?** **Software, Processes, and Tools:** **Specific Knowledge:** Engineering and Construction Brownfield Project Management in the mining, steel, cement, and metallurgical sectors. Knowledge of mining-sector mechanical equipment design engineering and construction processes. Experience in steel and mining sector projects is highly desirable. **Specific Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining, steel, cement, or metallurgical sectors—both in engineering and construction—managing large-scale projects, leading and executing teams within your discipline, and overseeing all project phases. Certified project management skills and ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure global environment. Prior experience working on the construction supervision side is required. **Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with active registration at the College of Engineers of Peru (\#CIP) and valid license. **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and applicable HSE policies for the discipline. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, and MS. **Personal Competencies:** High-level interaction across all organizational levels, with positive influence on people. Strong oral and written communication skills expected. Ability to manage contractor work. Strong willingness to adopt and promote an organizational culture focused on safety, operational efficiency, and goal achievement. **Other Skills:** Autonomy, initiative in work, ability to operate in a global environment, analytical capability, organizational skills, proactivity, and dynamism. Project planning and control skills.
