At Materia Gris, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of Functional Analyst and Project Manager. Mission: Plan, execute, and control IT or industrial projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum two years of experience in similar roles. - Experience working with project management methodologies: PMI, Agile, Scrum, Lean. - SCRUM MASTER and/or PRODUCT OWNER certification (mandatory). - Experience developing schedules, budgets, and KPIs. - Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server databases. - Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Power BI. - Experience with tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, Wrike. - Knowledge of risk, scope, and stakeholder management. - Familiarity with PMO processes and documentation. Responsibilities: - Participate in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned end-to-end IT projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, communications, procurement). - Identify and manage stakeholders using formal techniques (power-interest, salience, engagement plan). - Track project commitments, agreements, and dependencies. - Proactively manage risks: early identification, analysis, response definition (avoid/mitigate/transfer/accept), and monitoring. - Prepare visual executive presentations for management/committees (KPIs, milestones, risks, decisions). - Manage budget: cost control and variance analysis; forecast (EAC). - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with vendors, focusing on quality and security. - Other duties as assigned within the department. - Requirements - Minimum education: University graduate 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Knowledge: Testing Keywords: resident, in charge, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible, coordinator, manager, captain, jr, junior
