What are we looking for? - Sales experience, ideally in call centers or consultative sales. - Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. - Excellent communication skills and objection handling. - Results-oriented mindset and goal achievement focus. - Proactive attitude, commercial energy, and ambition for growth. What will you do? - Contact and advise prospects interested in our programs. - Identify opportunities and effectively close sales. - Conduct consistent follow-up until the sale is finalized. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
