




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Agent – Negotiator to collect data, negotiate with landowners, and monitor right-of-way corridors in infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of right-of-way corridors along power lines 2. Negotiation with landowners for fair agreements 3. Data management and progress reporting We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our mission to join our team as a Field Agent – Negotiator, accurately collecting data within the project’s designated area to reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. **Responsibilities:** * Patrol transmission lines by motorcycle to monitor encroachments within right-of-way corridors. * Notify owners of adjacent properties about risks and safety measures related to transmission lines. * Collect information and photographs. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress according to the required format to your immediate supervisor. * Account for and use allocated resources efficiently. * Use assigned transportation efficiently. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Geographical Engineering, or Electrician/Technical Electrician certification. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphic database software. * Personal motorcycle ownership. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, respectful interpersonal conduct, good writing skills, and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Fuel expenses covered by us.
