




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician for technical support, with the ability to lead teams, maintain and repair hardware, configure networks and servers, and deliver excellent customer service. Excellent customer service and empathy We require 01 SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN for our Technical Support department: General Requirements: - Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics - Ability to empathize and provide excellent customer service - Ability to lead the technical support team - Availability to work 80% remotely and 20% on-site from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday only for emergency support that the remote support staff cannot resolve—even on-site - Availability to provide 15x7x365 support from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM - Advanced knowledge of computer and ticketing machine diagnosis and repair - Advanced knowledge of computer and ticketing machine maintenance - Advanced knowledge of structured cabling (Cat 5 and Cat 6) - Advanced knowledge of network configuration and TCP/IP protocol - Installation and configuration of Windows 10 OS - Installation and configuration of Windows Server OS - Installation and configuration of applications and utilities - Installation and configuration of peripherals (printers and ticketing machines) - Installation and configuration of VPN (virtual and physical) - Installation and configuration of servers (on-premise and cloud) - Installation and configuration of security cameras (MANDATORY) - Willingness to travel to provinces for projects or services (expenses covered by the company) - Willingness to work night shifts We Offer: - Fixed salary of S/ 1,200 + productivity bonuses (the company covers transportation costs for each on-site support visit; additionally, 20 soles per customer will be provided; for emergencies, the company covers taxi expenses) - 3-month probationary contract (per hour), followed by a 6-month renewal, then transition to microenterprise payroll . -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical 3 years of experience Age: between 22 and 25 years old Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, system, support, support, support
