




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Talent Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and effective employee management. Opportunity for professional growth in a positive work environment We are looking for a **Human Talent Management Assistant** who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and proper management of employees. You will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of information and directly supporting institutional management. **Main Responsibilities** **Personnel Administration:** * Management and updating of the T\-Register (hires, terminations, and modifications). * Monitoring of medical leaves, workplace accidents, and health-related cases. * Coordination with entities such as EsSalud and EPS. * Control and recordkeeping of employees' medical information. **Insurance and Benefits:** * Administration of insurance policies (SCTR, Life Insurance under Law, EPS). * Guidance to employees on labor and social security benefits. **Recruitment and Selection:** * Posting of job vacancies and CV screening. * Coordination and scheduling of interviews. * Support in assessments and consolidation of results. **Administrative Management:** * Updating of personnel files. * Support in performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Other duties assigned by management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with HR software is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and continuous learning * Teamwork * Effective communication * Results orientation **We Offer** * Formal employment registration (you may adjust this) * Positive work environment * Opportunity for professional growth THE COMPANY DOES NOT COVER TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATION, OR MEALS Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
