Advanced knowledge of HVAC design software We are **IBENTEL SAC**, a company specializing in the Design and Implementation of Electromechanical Projects (ACI / HVAC), Electronic Security, and Telecommunications, currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **HVAC PROJECT ENGINEER**: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Preparation of project drawings, documents, and material take-offs. \- Preparation of budgets (not mandatory) \- Review and/or preparation of material take-offs. \- Review and preparation of technical reports. \- Technical site visits. \- Participation in client meetings to support the developed design. **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Knowledge of design criteria for comfort air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. \- Experience in designing air conditioning and ventilation systems. \- Experience in selecting air conditioning equipment. \- Experience in preparing budgets for mechanical ventilation and HVAC projects. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing preparation. \- Familiarity with ventilation equipment selection software (e.g., Sodeca QuickFan, S&P EasyVent, Duct Size, etc.). \- Knowledge of thermal load calculation software. \- Familiarity with VRF selection software from manufacturers such as Trane, Midea, Samsung, LG, etc. \- Availability to work in San Borja. \- Willingness to conduct technical site visits within or outside Lima. **COMPETENCIES**: \- Communication at all levels \- Planning and organization \- Intermediate-level AutoCAD \- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office \- Design software (e.g., ELITE CHVAC, VRFs) \- Intermediate-level English (not mandatory) **BENEFITS**: \- Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits from the first day of work.
