Administer and maintain the company’s technological infrastructure. Manage backup, contingency, and service continuity plans. Configure and monitor networks, firewalls, and IP PBX systems. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage IT vendors, ensuring SLA and warranty compliance. Provide support to teams and laboratories in educational environments. Lead IT projects using agile methodologies. Ensure security and updates of email and antivirus platforms. Document processes and activities according to departmental policies. · Requirements: Strong communication and collaboration skills. University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. (Mandatory) 3 to 4 years of experience in similar positions (IT Coordinator, IT Manager, or IT Head). Experience in technological infrastructure administration, IT support, networks, and servers. Knowledge of: Windows Server 2022 (AD, DNS, DHCP). Cloud infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365). Network configuration, structured cabling, firewalls, and IP PBX systems. Firewalls and VPNs (FortiGate, GlobalProtect, etc.). Switches and routers (Cisco, Aruba, etc.). Corporate email platforms (POP3, Office 365). Antivirus consoles. PC maintenance and repair. Project management using agile methodologies.
