At Materia Gris, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of IT Operations Management Analyst. Mission: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the organization's technological infrastructure, servers, and networks to ensure IT service continuity, prevent incidents, and guarantee compliance with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) with the business. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum two years of experience in similar roles (IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration). Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments (RedHat/Ubuntu). Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of networking, routing, switching, firewalls, and TCP/IP protocols. ITIL certification or knowledge. Experience in infrastructure monitoring and production environment management. Experience in automation via scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar). DESIRABLE Availability to work on-site in Surquillo. Responsibilities: Monitor servers, storage, networks, and cloud services. Manage second-level incidents and problems, performing diagnosis, tracking, and resolution of technical events, as well as coordinating with vendors for timely handling and closure. Conduct capacity and performance analysis of systems, monitoring resource usage to forecast future requirements and ensure service availability and continuity. Manage and execute maintenance activities in production environments, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure secure and efficient change implementation. Administer backups and support disaster recovery plans (DRP). Automate tasks and procedures by developing workflows enabling more efficient, secure, and standardized process management. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, network diagrams, and inventories. Coordinate with internal support, development, and information security teams.
