Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead IT services/projects, administer ITSM platforms, and contribute to the expansion of Microsoft support services in LATAM. Key Highlights: 1. Constant innovation environment We are a business operations and consulting company specializing in projects and technology, founded in 2007 in the United States, Peru, and Colombia. We partner with Microsoft to deliver support for their Modern Work products (Microsoft 365\). INNOVAXIONES is a Microsoft Support \& Services partner and is currently expanding its services in accordance with Microsoft Support models for 2024 in LATAM (Microsoft Support for Business). Job Responsibilities: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience administering ITSM platforms (SysAid, Freshservice, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Ivanti, or similar). * Experience leading IT services/projects. * ITIL 4, PMP (valid), and ITSM certifications. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in project management tools. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
