Job Summary: Join Semco S.A. as a Junior Programmer to develop frontend with React/TypeScript and backend with Node.js/Express, collaborating within a dynamic team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment Opportunity: Join Semco S.A. as a Junior Programmer in a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work. Responsibilities: 1. Frontend Development Build web pages and components with React and TypeScript according to team specifications. Apply styling and responsive design using Tailwind CSS. Connect the frontend with backend REST APIs to display and submit data. Implement basic token-based authentication (JWT) under senior developer guidance. Read and interpret Figma designs for implementation. 2. Backend Development Support the development of REST endpoints with Node.js and Express under supervision. Participate in PostgreSQL database management and querying. Support integration of external APIs and third-party services. Identify and fix basic system errors reported in the system. 3. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Work collaboratively with developers, analysts, and designers. Actively consult and learn from the team's senior developers. Maintain clean and well-documented code according to team standards. Research technical problem solutions and share them with the team. Requirements: Completed university studies in Systems Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering, or Programming. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, programming, or development. Knowledge of Node.js/Express and Flutter/Dart. Knowledge of React for building web interfaces; basic TypeScript; Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of Node.js for API development; Express for creating basic REST endpoints. SQL and JSON proficiency. Use of AI tools to support development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT), validating results. Desirable: Basic cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Version control with Git / GitHub.
