We invite you to apply. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate level English. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Project\-project management software. * SAP \- SAP R/3 PM \-Maintenance\-: Semi-Senior level * Advanced AutoCAD skills * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Knowledge of Maintenance Management and Planning, TPM (desirable) * Dynamic, proactive, highly responsible, service-oriented, and team-focused; capable of leading a team of technical professionals. * Immediate availability to work at the Cafetal Plant in Cajamarquilla ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop and update the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan for plant equipment/assets. * Implement procedures and instructions for all plant assets. * Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Action Plan (PAM) with internal clients and the maintenance team, including inspections, repairs, and routine services to minimize operational disruptions. * Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to execute requested services. * Implement safety procedures and protocols to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment across all areas. * Review stock levels of critical and non-critical spare parts. * Review maintenance requests for scheduling purposes. * Request materials required to fulfill scheduled and unscheduled activities. * Develop and present maintenance performance indicators (e.g., Scheduled vs. Completed Activities, MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Cost Management, OEE). * Other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager ***Benefits:*** * Direct payroll enrollment from Day 1. * Pleasant work environment. * Full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, family allowance, social security, SCTR, and profit-sharing). * Professional growth Interested candidates should submit their CV.
