Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler with experience in architecture, structures, and MEP to optimize construction processes with technology. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize construction processes with technology 2. BIM modeling in Architecture, Structures, and MEP 3. Preparation of As-Built drawings and quantity takeoffs OBRAS HERGON S.A., a prominent company with extensive experience in civil works construction, site preparation, and equipment installation, is currently seeking 01 BIM MODELER for the \***execution of a project.**\* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering, with certified courses in Autodesk Revit. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects and/or development of technical documentation. Experience in modeling across the following disciplines: * Architecture * Structures * MEP * Preparation of As-Built drawings. * Quantity takeoffs based on cost items. * Proper parametrization of BIM elements for information management and control. * Required software proficiency * Autodesk Revit * Navisworks * Cost It * Autodesk Construction Cloud If you enjoy optimizing construction processes with technology, we want you on our team!
